经支气管镜对局部肺段支气管损伤闭塞导致的肺泡萎陷高压冲气复张治疗

摘要

Objective To find a more rapid and effective therapy of alveoli colapse on the basis of present recruitment.MethodsWe used bronchoscope and simple sac to flush air into the bronchi of the colapsed lung segments, expanded airways and cleaned up obstruction like mucous plugs in order to open the colapsed alveoli and recovered pulmonary ventilation.Results This method was superior to the traditional methods and without obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion After treatment, the duration of atelectasis, the time of respirator support, the lung infection rate and time, the dosage of antibiotics and other drugs were al significantly reduced. The ventilation and prognosis were also improved.%目的：寻找易操作并快速有效的肺复张治疗方法，完善治疗措施。方法采取经支气管镜应用简易呼吸囊局部膨肺技术治疗肺不张，直接将气体注入不张肺段支气管内，扩张气道并清理其内粘液栓等阻塞物，恢复通气，治疗局部肺不张。结果该方法与传统治疗相比治疗效果明显，且无明显不良反应。结论经支气管镜局部肺段高压冲气治疗局部肺不张效果理想，降低肺不张持续时间、呼吸机支持时间，改善通气，减低肺感染时间和程度，减少抗生素等药物使用，改善预后。
