中西医结合治疗皮肤湿疹临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察中西医结合治疗皮肤湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年10月～2015年3月收治的74例皮肤湿疹患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组患者36例单纯采用盐酸左西替利嗪片和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗。治疗组患者38例在对照组的基础上加用自拟湿疹一号方治疗，对比分析两组治疗疗效。结果治疗组18例治愈，10例显效，8例好转，2例无效，其总有效率为94.73%，对照组8例治愈，11例显效，9例好转，8例无效，其总有效率为77.78%，两组治疗疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗皮肤湿疹具有协同作用，效果优于单纯采取西医治疗。%Objective Clinical efficacy of integrative treatment of skin eczema is discussed.Methods 74 cases of eczema patients in our hospital from october 2013 to march 2015 were treated.They were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group.36 patients in the control group only used the left cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and triamcinolone acetonide benefits miconazole cream treatment. 38 patients in the control group based on the use of self eczema 1 recipe for comparative analysis of the efficacy of treatment in both groups.Results In the treatment group,18 cases were cured,10 cases worked, 8 cases improved,2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.73%.In the control group,8 cases were cured, 11 cases worked,9 cases improved,8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.78%.The curative effect comparison difference in two groups had statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Integrative medicine treat skin eczema have a synergistic effect compared with Western medicine alone.
