探析应用物理疗法治疗膝关节骨质增生的临床护理效果

摘要

目的 探析应用物理疗法治疗膝关节骨质增生的临床护理效果.方法 本文选取我院于收治的84例膝关节骨质增生患者,将其随机分为护理组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理方式,护理组采用物理疗法的综合护理方式,对比两组患者的护理疗效.结果 护理组护理总有效率为95.24%,对照组护理总有效率为71.43%,两组结果对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论 膝关节骨质增生患者实施物理疗法的综合护理干预方式,能够有效提高临床护理效果,保证治疗过程的安全实施,值得在临床上推广应用.%Objective To study the clinical nursing efect of physical therapy for knee joint bone hyperplasia.Methods This paper colected in our hospital from 84 cases of knee joint bone hyperplasia patients, were randomly divided into nursing group and control group, the control group received the routine nursing, nursing group received comprehensive nursing of physical therapy, compared two groups of patients with nursing efect.Results The total efective rate of nursing group was 95.24%, and the total efective rate of the control group was 71.43%, and there were significant diferences between the two groups (P<0.05), and it was statisticaly significant. Conclusion Patients with knee joint bone hyperplasia of the implementation of the comprehensive nursing intervention of physical therapy, can efectively improve the efect of clinical nursing care to ensure the implementation of the safety of the treatment process, it is worth in the clinical application.
