小儿脓胸早期外科处理疗效观察

摘要

目的 总结早期外科手术对小儿脓胸的治疗体会.方法 回顾性分析26例行早期手术治疗的脓胸患儿临床资料.结果 26例患儿早期手术后症状消失;恢复快,胸廓发育良好无畸形.结论 早期小切口手术治疗小儿脓胸具有创伤小、疗效好、疗程短等优势.%Objective A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 26 cases of children with empyema early operation treatment.Methods 26 cases of children with early symptoms disappeared after operation;rapid recovery, the development of the thorax without deformity.Results 26 cases of early smal incision and drainage of empyema dissection after symptoms disappeared; postoperative clinical symptoms had completely disappeared, chest wel developed no deformity.Conclusion The smal incision operationtreatment of empyema in children with less trauma, good curative effect, short course of treatmentand other advantages.
