经尿道等离子双极前列腺切除术在大体积前列腺增生治疗中的应用价值探究

摘要

Objective To investigate plasma bipolar transurethral resection of the prostate in large volume effect in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. MethodsA total of 115 patients with massive benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into the control group(open surgery)and the observation group(transurethral resection of the plasma bipolar prostate).Results The postoperative bleeding,hospital stay,bladder irrigation time were shorter than the control group,the proliferation of prostate tissue removal was greater than in the control group(P< 0.05)and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group was greater than the control group .Conclusion Plasma bipolar transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in large volume application results are obvious.%目的：探讨经尿道等离子双极前列腺切除术在大体积前列腺增生治疗中的效果。方法选取大体积前列腺增生患者115例，随机分为对照组（传统开放手术）与观察组（经尿道等离子双极前列腺切除术）。结果两组术后出血量、住院时间、膀胱冲洗时间、增生前列腺组织切除量、生活质量评分均优于对照组。结论经尿道等离子双极前列腺切除术在治疗大体积前列腺增生中应用效果显著。
