护理诊断在内科患者临床护理实践中的应用

摘要

目的：分析护理诊断在内科患者临床护理实践中的应用效果。方法将我院2010年6月～2011年6月内科科室收治的60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，两组各30例患者，分别应用常规护理方案和护理诊断方案开展护理工作，比较两组患者病情的复发情况及患者满意度。结果对照组患者的病情复发率43.3%高于观察组的10%，观察组患者的满意率80%高于对照组的56.7%，两组患者的差异比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论内科患者临床护理实践中运用护理诊断方案及其措施，有利于患者满意度及医院医疗服务质量的有效提升。%Objective To analyze the effect of care diagnostic applications in medical clinical nursing practice. MethodsFrom June 2010 to June 2011,60 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups of 30 patients were using conventional care regimens and diagnostic programs in developing nursing,comparison of the two groups of patients relapsed disease status and patient satisfaction.ResultsIn control group of patients relapse rate(43.3%)was significantly higher than in the observation group(10%), satisfaction rate in the observation group(80%)was significantly higher than patients in the comparison(56.7%),the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).ConclusionThe medical use of clinical nursing practice nursing diagnosis program and measures in favor of patient satisfaction and effectively improve medical quality of service.
