目的：研究分析宫外孕保守治疗治愈后使用中药继续治疗的效果。方法选取我院128例宫外孕保守治疗患者进行分析，治愈后经B超检查显示，附件包块吸收不完全，将患者分成对照组、治疗1、2、3组共4组，治疗1、2、3组治愈后分别继续使用中药加味活络效灵丹以及失笑散1、2、3周，对照组不继续用药治疗，每周复查B超，对附件包块的吸收情况进行观察分析，3个月后检查输卵管通畅情况。结果4周后治疗组和对照组的包块吸收总有效率分别为68%、92%、95%、57%，治疗2组、3组优于治疗1组和对照组（P<0.05），治疗3个月后比较治疗1、2、3组和对照组的输卵管通畅率（分别为45%、65%、71%、38%），治疗2组、3组优于治疗1组和对照组（P<0.05）。结论使用加味活络效灵丹和失笑散持续治疗2周，可使宫外孕保守治疗治愈患者输卵管保持通畅，病灶吸收更好。%Objective To study the effect of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to continue treatment. Methods Selected 128 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital conservative treatment,after cure by B-ultrasound showed adnexal mass was absorbed inadequacy,these patients were divided into control group,treatment 1,2,3 groups. Treatment 1,2,3 groups were cured by Jiaweihuoluoxiaolingdan and Shixiaosan. The control group did not continue drug treatment. Four groups were examined by B-ultrasonic every week,fallopian tube patency were observed after 3 months. Results The total effective rate of mass absorption were 68%,92%, 95%,57%,there was significant difference between treatment 2,3 group and treatment 1 group and the control group(P< 0.05). Tubal patency rate(after 3 months) of four groups of was 45%,65%,71%,38%,there was significant difference between treatment 2,3 group and treatment 1 group and the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Jiaweihuoluoxiaolingdan and Shixiaosan ongoing treatment two weeks can keep tubal recanalization ofectopic pregnancy conservative treatment.
