铁路环境噪声测量中的问题分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the problems in the measurement of railway environmental noise. Methods Take Jiamusi railway as an example,the measurement personnel of railway noise,residents along the railway issued questionnaires,statistical analysis the common rail noise,and col ect the relevant personnel for railway environment noise measurement problem put forward suggestions. Results problems existing in the railway environment noise measurement process of three:whistle noise is serious,to the residents along the bring distress and inaccurate measurement data. Conclusion first of al ,we should pay attention to the choice of the measurement points in the measurement noise. Secondly,measuring staff should develop a sense of responsibility,establish a good professional ethics,again,the government should pay more attention and concern,in order to ensure the daily lives of the broad masses of the society.%目的：分析铁路环境噪声测量中的问题。方法以佳木斯铁路为例，对铁路噪声测量人员、铁路沿线居民发放调查问卷，统计分析常见的铁路噪声，并收集有关人员针对铁路环境噪声测量问题提出的建议。结果铁路环境噪声测量过程中存在的问题前三名为：汽笛噪声严重、给沿线居民带来困扰以及测量数据不准确。结论首先，应在噪声测量中重视对测量点的选择；其次，相关测量人员应该培养责任意识，树立良好的职业道德；再次，政府也要予以重视和关注，以保证社会广大公众的日常生活。
