介入治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床分析

Objective Clinical efficacy of interventional treatment of fallopian tubal obstructive infertility is to be studied.MethodsTreat 50 patients of fallopian tubal obstructive infertility with fallopian intervention recanalization treatment through catheter shaft with making use of X-ray fluoroscopy; the obstructive fallopian tubal is dredged with application of mechanical micro-wire as well as anti-inflammatory and anti-adhesion medication.ResultsFor 50 patients with 88 blocked fallopian tubes, there are 75 tubes dredged after surgical treatment, the treatment efficacy is up to 85.2%; with a one-year follow-up observation on 40 patients after their surgical treatment, it is found that 15 patients are pregnant which accounts for 37.5% of all patients.ConclusionInterventional treatment is of efficacy for fallopian tubal obstructive infertility; such a surgical treatment is easy to operate and safe for patients, thus, it is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.%目的：对介入治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效进行临床分析。方法在利用X线进行透视下，对50例患有输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者通过通轴导管进行输卵管介入再通术，利用具有机械作用的微导丝以及具有抗感染与抗粘连作用的通业药物对阻塞的输卵管进行疏通。结果50例患者中对出现的88条阻塞的输卵管进行手术治疗后，已经复通的达75条，复通率到了85.2%；进行治疗后，对40例患者随访，手术之后的一年，怀孕的有15例，占随访总数的37.5%。结论介入治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的治疗显著，手术的操作方法不但简单，而且对患者也有一定的安全性，值得临床广泛推荐。
