Objective To investigate the clinical results of tamoxifen with rupixiao on patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods Selected 100 patients hyperplasia for research and analysis,used randomization,the control group and the observation group had 50 patients. The control group of patients used tamoxifen,observed patients used tamoxifen and rupixiao,clinical treatment were compared.Results The clinical total efficiency of the control group was 82%,of which a total of 18 cases of effective cases,accounting for 36%,markedly effective in 11 cases,accounting for 22%,12 cases were cured, 24% of the total,9 cases were invalid,accounting for 18%. The total effective rate of observation group was 94%,cured in 19 cases,accounting for 38%,effective in 19 cases,accounting for 38%,markedly effective in 9 cases(18%),3 cases of invalid,accounting for 6%. There were significant differences of the total effective(P< 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of tamoxifen with rupixiao in patients with breast hyperplasia is better, treatment of high efficiency,low rate of adverse reactions,safe,reliable.%目的：探讨乳腺增生患者使用三苯氧胺和乳癖消联合治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院接收的乳腺增生患者100例来进行研究分析，使用随机分组来进行划分，对照组和观察组均有50例患者，对照组患者使用三苯氧胺治疗，观察组患者使用三苯氧胺和乳癖消联合治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果来进行比较分析。结果对照组的临床治疗总有效率是82%，其中治疗有效病例共18例，占研究总数的36%，显效11例，占总数的22%，12例治愈，占总数的24%，无效有9例，占总数的18%；观察组的治疗总有效率是94%，治愈19例，占38%，有效19例，占38%，显效9例，占18%，无效3例，占6%，两组患者的临床有效率存在统计学差异性（P<0.05）。结论乳腺增生患者使用三苯氧胺联合乳癖消治疗的临床效果比较好，治疗有效率高，不良反应率低，安全可靠。
