护理管理在创建舒适护理模式中的作用分析

摘要

ObjectiveTo study the efficacy of nursing management in the establishment of comfortable nursing mode.MethodsClinical data of in my hospital in October 2012 to 2014 March to carry out the new nursing mode as the research object,focus on strengthening the management of nursingeffect, through the ward management standard,so that the nursing staff's service level can be improved effectively.ResultsThe changes of contrast before and after carrying out the new nursing mode of patient satisfaction,patient satisfaction had improved significantly,the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Through the scientific nursing management,can make the patientscooperate with doctors and nurses more effective treatment and nursing,can create a comfortable environment for patients,to improve nursing satisfaction,patients has a very important effect to reduce nurse patient conflicts,suitable for promotion in the hospital.%目的：研究护理管理在创建舒适护理模式中起到的实际作用。方法以我院在2012年10月～2014年3月开展的新型护理模式的相关临床资料作为研究对象，重点加强护理管理效果，通过标准的病房管理规范，使护理人员的服务水平得到有效提高。结果对比新型护理模式开展前后患者满意度的变化情况，发现患者满意度提升，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论通过科学的护理管理，可以使患者更加有效的配合医生与护理人员进行治疗，而且可以为患者营造舒适的护理环境，对提高患者护理满意度、减少护患冲突有着非常重要的影响作用。
