老年人群血糖血脂临床检测结果分析

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate the elderly subject glucose and lipid test results,provide a reference for clinical cardiovascular disease prevention.Methods A total of 350 cases elderly subjects in our hopital were analyzed for their GLU,TC,TG levels.ResultsThe proportion of patients with higher fasting blood sugar was 14.57%,the proportion of patients with total cholesterol(TC)was 6.57 percent higher,a higher proportion of patients with triglyceride(TG)was 11.43%,patients with total cholesterol,blood sugar,three triglyceride testing situation,both male and female patients showed no difference,inspection results for al ages,60~74 years old three data detection rate of 13.10%,3.97%,11.90%,75~85 year-old patient,three detection rate of 18.37%,8.16%,15.31%,this result shows that fasting glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides three indicators wil increase with age. Conclusion Elderly blood glucose and lipid levels wil rise and increase with age,if not properly controled can cause various types of cardiovascular disease,and therefore need to do a health check and knowledge education elderly population.%目的：探讨分析老年群体血糖血脂检验结果，为临床心血管疾病防治提供参考。方法选取我卫生院350例老年体检者进行研究分析，对他们的GLU、TC、TG水平进行检测和分析。结果空腹血糖较高的患者比例是14.57%，总胆固醇（TC）较高的患者比例是6.57%，三酰甘油（TG）较高的患者比例是11.43%；患者的总胆固醇、血糖、三酰甘油检测情况，男性和女性患者比较无差异性，各年龄段的检查结果为，60～74岁的三项数据检出率为13.10%、3.97%、11.90%，75～85岁的患者，三项检出率为18.37%、8.16%、15.31%，这一结果说明，空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油三项指标会因为年龄的增长而增加。结论老年人血糖血脂水平会随着年龄上升而增加，如果控制不当就会引起各类心血管疾病，因此需要做好老年群体的健康检查和知识教育工作。
