电磁强化分离植物活性成分研究进展

摘要

Separation technology of Electromagnetic strengthening is assisting plant samples processing. The method is to extract active ingredient from plants. There are only two technical means at present. There are microwave irradiation and ultrasound irradiation technology. Because of its high efficiency,high speed,energy-saving section material,the method shows great application prospect in extracting active ingredients from plant. This paper introduces the technology in the use of extracting polysaccharide,flavonoids,polyphenols and alkaloid at home and abroad.%电磁强化分离技术辅助加工植物样品，提取植物活性成分，目前只有微波、超声波两种技术手段。因其效率高、速度快、节能节料等特点，在植物活性成分中显示出了极大的应用前景。本文详细介绍了该技术在国内外植物多糖、黄酮、多酚及生物碱活性成分提取中的应用。
