目的：对甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选取老年性阴道炎患者52例，随机分为两组，每组各有患者26例。单用药组患者采用甲硝唑栓治疗；联合用药组患者甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗，将两组患者治疗一个月后的效果进行对比。结果联合用药组治疗效果高于单用药组（P<0.05）。联合用药组患者治疗后血雌二醇检测值、促卵泡生长激素、促黄体生成素指标跟单用药组相比无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效确切，虽然单用甲硝唑栓也能有效改善患者实验室指标，但联合雌激素软膏效果更佳。%Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen cream in treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 52 cases of patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups, 26 cases in each group. The single drug treatment group was treated with metronidazole suppository only. The combination treatment group was treated with estrogen ointment combine with metronidazole suppository. The curative effects were compared after one month of treatment. Results The curative effect of combination treatment group was significantly higher than that of single drug group(P<0.05). Estradiol in serum, fol icle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone of the combination treatment group showed no significant difference compared with single drug group(P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of estrogen cream combined with metronidazole suppository in treatment of senile vaginitis exact is accurate. Although the metronidazole suppositories can effectively improve the laboratory index of patients, the effect could be better when it combine with estrogen cream.
