急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者的临床护理观察

摘要

Objective To explore the treatment nursing intervention of acute myocardial infarction combined arrhythmia.MethodsSelected 50 cases of acute myocardial infarction combined arrhythmi in Cardiology in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014. Treated, at the same time, strengthened the overal and comprehensive nursing intervention and reviewed the clinical data.ResultsThere were 40 cases cured, 8 cases improved consciously significantly, and 2 cases dead. The cause of death were cardiac arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock , respectively. Compared to the patients with pre-cure improvement intervention, psychological status were significantly improved (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute myocardial infarction merger of arrhythmia, strengthening the overal and comprehensive nursing intervention during the treatment, can prevent the occurrence of adverse events and ensure patients quality of life.%目的 探讨急性心肌梗死并心律失常救治护理干预.方法 本次选取急性心肌梗死并心律失常50例,均为我院心血管内科2013年5月~2014年5月收治,救治的同时,加强整体、全面的护理干预,回顾临床资料.结果 本组选取的50例患者,治愈出院40例,自觉明显好转8例,死亡2例.死因分别为心律失常和心源性休克.治愈及好转患者相较干预前,心理状况明显改善(P<0.05).结论 针对急性心肌梗死合并心律失常的患者,加强救治期间的整体、全面护理干预,可防范不良事件的发生,保障患者生存质量.
