Objective To analyze influential factors of elderly patients with PPD test results and nursing measures.MethodsTo colect from may, 2010 - July 2014 the implementation of BCG pure protein derivant test of 268 cases of elderly patients as the research object, were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients, summarizes the factors that affect test result and nursing measures.Results The results showed that there were 136 cases were negative, 4 cases were strong positive, 32 cases were positive, 64 cases of weakly positive. 32 patients interference factors make the test result judgment is affected, including six patients during the test, under the influence of water 2 cases of catch cold catch cold fever, 10 cases affected by decorations and restraint belt, bathing 6 cases, 4 cases of upper limb buckling effect as a result, 4 cases of local infection after the scratch. Conclusion Elderly patients in the process of implementation of BCG pure protein derivant inspection because the patient's own characteristics, basic diseases, limb lack of evaluation subjects, such as drug interference factors affect the test result judgment, should strengthen the nursing intervention of patients.%目的 分析影响老年患者PPD试验结果的因素及护理措施.方法 收集我院2010年5月~2014年7月期间实施介菌纯蛋白衍化物试验的268例老年患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,总结影响试验结果的因素及护理措施.结果 研究结果显示,本组有136例为阴性,4例强阳性,32例阳性,64例弱阳性.有32名患者受干扰因素使得其试验结果判断受到影响,其中有6名患者试验期间遇水, 2例受凉发热,10例受饰物及约束带的影响,6例洗澡,4例上肢屈曲影响结果, 4例局部痒抓后感染.结论 老年患者实施介菌纯蛋白衍化物检验过程中会因为患者自身的特点、基础疾病、受试肢体评估不足、药物干扰等多方面因素影响试验结果判断,应加强患者的护理干预.
