目的：研究尿标本微生物检验采样过程中存在的问题以及控制措施，为临床诊断和治疗预后判断提供可靠依据。方法本文采取回顾性方法进行研究。抽取我院2012年1～6月实验室微生物检测尿标本300例，进行分析研究。总结尿标本采集过程中的问题，并制定控制措施。结果300例中有18例尿样出现问题，发生率6%。其中1例（5.56%）送检时间不及时，4例（22.22%）尿样留取量不足，13例（72.22%）标本被污染。受污染尿样中，2例（15.38%）未使用无菌尿杯采集，1例（7.69%）患者未留取中段尿，2例（15.38%）患者留取尿样前未进行会阴部和尿道口清洗，8例（61.54%）是由于护理人员采集尿样操作不规范。结论总结尿标本采样过程中问题，进行针对性整改，为临床提供可靠微生物检验结果。%Objective Research microbiological testing urine samples during sampling problems and control measures,to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment prognosis. Methods This article taken retrospectively studied,urine samples of 300 patients our hospital in January to June 2012 were analyzed,urine samples were col ected during the summary of the problem and to develop control measures. Results A total of 300 cases,18 cases of urine had some problems,the incidence was 6%. Among them,1 case(5.56%)submission time was not timely,less than four cases(22.22%) the amount of urine specimens,13 cases(72.22%)specimens were contaminated. Contaminated urine,two cases(15.38%)did not use sterile urine col ection cup,1 case(7.69%)patients had no urine specimens,two cases(15.38%)in urine specimens from patients before and did not make the perineum urethra cleaning,8 cases(61.54%)was due to col ect urine nursing operations are not standardized. Conclusion Summary urine samples during sampling issues targeted for rectification,to provide reliable results for the clinical microbiological testing.
