病毒性心肌炎的临床护理分析

摘要

Objective To explore clinical nursing value in treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods We chose 33 patients of viral myocarditis that were received and treated in hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 and separated them into study group which were given comprehensive nursing and control group which were given conventional nursing. Results Patients’treatment efficacy was much higher and il ness reoccurrence was less in study group, there was a nursing differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Enhancing clinical nursing is conducive to increasing nursing effect for patients with viral myocarditis and preventing from il ness reoccurrence,such a nursing method achieves favorable effects.%目的：分析病毒性心肌炎的临床护理价值。方法选取我院2013年4月～2014年4月间收治的病毒性心肌炎患者33例，研究组选择综合护理，对照组选择常规护理。结果研究组治愈率高，复发少，两组护理效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论加强病毒性心肌炎的临床护理可以增强治疗效果，预防后期复发，效果理想。
