超敏C反应蛋白检测和血球分析在儿科上呼吸道感染中的应用效果

摘要

Objective Analyse the effects on high sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood cel analysis to detect upper respiratory infection in pediatric. Methods Selected 100 cases of children with acute upper respiratory infection in pediatric treated in our hospital as the objects of study,50 cases of children with blood cel analysis only as the control group,50 cases of blood analysis detection combined with high sensitivity C-reactive protein as the observation group. Results The total effective rate of observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistical y significant,P<0.05. Conclusion The combination of high sensitivity C-reactive protein detection and analysis of blood cel guidancing in pediatric upper respiratory infection can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of treatment of treatment.%目的：浅析超敏C反应蛋白检测和血球分析在儿科上呼吸道感染的应用效果。方法选取本院儿科收治的100例急性上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象，将其中单独行血球分析的50例患儿设为对照组，联合血球分析和超敏C反应蛋白检测的50例患儿设为观察组。以两组的检测结果指导临床治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论联合超敏C反应蛋白检测和血球分析指导儿科上呼吸道感染可提高治疗的针对性和治疗效果。
