目的：分析传统三切口与胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术的临床对比研究。方法选取我院自2013年12月～2014年12月收治的124例食管癌患者，采用随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组，每组62例患者。试验组患者采用胸腹腔镜的治疗方案，对照组患者采用传统三切口的治疗方案，观察两组患者经不同方法术中出血、手术时间、术后住院时间及置留胸管时间。结果试验组较对照组相比，术中出血量明显减少，留置胸管时间明显缩短（P<0.05）。结论采用胸腹腔镜治疗食管癌可减少术中出血量，缓解患者痛苦。%Objective To explore and analyze the clinical comparative study conclusion of the traditional three incision and thoracic laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Select 124 cases of patients with esophageal cancer that received treatment at our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014,patients included were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,62 patients both in the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group were treated by thoracic laparoscopic treatment and traditional three incisions therapy in the control group,observe two groups of patients by different methods for intraoperative bleeding,operation time,postoperative hospital stay and withhold the chest tube time.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had less intraoperative blood loss and the chest tube time had significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic treatment of thoracic esophageal is worth popularizing in clinic for reducing intraoperative blood loss and relieving patients' pain.
