目的：观察头孢呋辛钠在治疗肺气肿感染时的临床治疗效果。方法将我院在2012年8月～2014年6月收治的肺气肿合并感染患者160例随机分为两组，对照组患者采用常规青霉素治疗，治疗组患者采用头孢呋辛钠治疗，观察两组患者临床症状、炎症、血象与体温改善时间以及 X 线胸片状况等，观察并分析治疗效果。结果通过对两组患者的治疗观察，对照组和治疗组患者的治疗总有效率分别为87.5%和97.5%，对照组和治疗组的不良反应发生率分别为11.25%和3.75%，两组治疗效果对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论头孢呋辛钠用于治疗肺气肿合并感染，能够缩短患者临床症状的消失时间，提高治疗疗效。%Objective The clinical efficiency of cefuroxime sodium in treatment of emphysema complicated with infection is to be observed. Methods Chose 160 patients of emphysema complicated with infection who were treated in hospital from August 2012 to June 2014 and separated them into control group and study group at random. Patients in control group were given conventional Penicil in treatment, while patients in study group were given cefuroxime sodium treatment. And the patients’clinical symptoms, inflammation and hemogram condition, body temperature improvement time and their chest X-Ray in two groups were to be observed. In addition, the treatment efficacy of two groups were to be observed and analyzed. Results The treatment efficacy in control group and study group were 87.5% and 97.5% respectively, and the complication incidence was 11.25% and 3.75% respectively, there was a treatment differential between the two groups, such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Cefuroxime sodium is quite conducive to shortening patients’symptoms relieving time and improving treatment efficiency on emphysema complicated with infection, which is worthy to be promoted and applied clinical y.
