中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床研究

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of migraine. Methods 102 cases of patients with migraine from 2013 January to June 2014 treated in our hospital were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group randomly,each group of 51 cases, were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment and western medicine respectively, and observed the clinical ef ect. Results The total ef iciency was 96.1%in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, the total ef ective rate was 76.5% in the western medicine group, the ef icacy of the two groups was obvious contrast with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical ef ect of traditional Chinese Medicine treatment is better, and has low cost.%目的：观察分析中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2014年6月我院收治的102例偏头痛患者，随机分为中药组、西药组，每组51例，分别给予中药内科治疗、西医治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果中药组治疗总有效率为96.1%，西药组治疗总有效率为76.5%，两组疗效对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床效果更好，并且治疗费用低，大部分患者都可以接受。
