痤疮合并马拉色菌毛囊炎临床中医治疗探析

摘要

目的研究分析座疮合并马拉色菌毛囊炎的中医治疗方法和措施。方法选取我院2013年6月至2014年7月收治的60例座疮合并马拉色菌毛囊炎患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，给予对照组西药治疗，给予观察组中医治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果所有患者通过治疗之后，观察组患者治疗的总有效率为93.3%，对照组患者治疗的总有效率为73.3%。观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论针对座疮合并马拉色菌毛囊炎，采取内服外洗的中药综合治疗，就具有消炎镇静、活血化湿以及清热解毒的作用，其具有显著的治疗效果。能够有效的缩短治疗时间，不良反应小，具有较高的临床应用价值。%Objective Methods and measures of research on TCM treatment of acne with analysis of Malassezia folliculitis.Methods Selected in our hospital in 2013 June to 2014 July admitted 60 cases of acne patients with Malassezia Folliculitis, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group, the control group given western medicine treatment, Chinese medicine treatment given to observation group, two groups were observed in patients with therapeutic effect.Results All the patients through the treatment, patients in observation group were treated with a total effective rate of 93.3%, patients in the control group the total effective rate of treatment was 73.3%. Patients in the observation group the total effective rate of treatment was better than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion For acne with Malassezia Folliculitis, take Chinese traditional medicine comprehensive therapy for oral use and washing, can effectively shorten the treatment time, less adverse reactions, is of high value in clinical application.
