冠心病合并心衰介入治疗后BNP水平及其对心功能的影响

摘要

Objective To study the function of BNP water after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods To observe 100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 50 people, the control group of 50 people. Treatment group according to the severity of the condition of strong heart, antithrombotic, diuresis, lipid, and other treatment, control group routine treatment, within a week to observe and compare the levels of BNP and cardiac function change. Results The treatment group of BNP levels drop, and down obviously compared with before treatment the BNP and cardiac function was improved markedly, and the control group the BNP without too big change, do not improve cardiac function.Conclusion BNP can better reflect the condition of patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure severity and the stand or fal of cardiac function, interventional treatment of rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure and cardiac function has a good supporting role.%目的：探讨冠心病合并心衰介入治疗后BNP水功能的影响。方法观察100例冠心病合并心衰患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组50人，对照组50人。治疗组按照病情的严重程度强心，抗栓，利尿，调脂，等治疗，对照组进行常规处理，一个星期内观察并比较BNP的水平以及心功能的变化。结果治疗组的BNP水平下降，而且较治疗前BNP下降明显，心功能较治疗前明显好转，对照组BNP没有太大变化，心功能没有好转现象。结论 BNP可以较好反映冠心病合并心衰患者的病情严重程度和心功能的好坏，介入治疗对冠心病合并心衰患者的康复和心功能的增强有很好的辅助作用。
