针灸治疗原发性面肌痉挛的临床分析

Objective Clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treatment of primary hemifacial spasm is to be discussed. Methods Choose 39 patients with primary hemifacial spasm who are treated in hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 and separate them into two groups according to differential treatment approaches. 20 patients in study group are given acupuncture treatment, while 19 patients in control group are given western medicine treatment, then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of two groups. Results Compare to control group, there is a better improvement of Scott gradation condition in study group; and in addition, treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than that in control group but il ness reoccurrence probability in study group is lower than that in control group;there is a differential between two groups, and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture is of clinical efficacy in treatment of primary hemifacial spasm patients with high efficiency and few reoccurrence probabilities;therefore, it is rather worthwhile to be promoted and applied.%目的：分析针灸治疗原发性面肌痉挛的临床效果。方法搜集2013年5月～2014年5月我院接收的原发性面肌痉挛39例患者，根据治疗方式不同进行分组。观察组20例治疗方式为针灸，对照组19例治疗方式为西药。观察对照组与观察组的临床疗效，并对比分析。结果与对照组相比，观察组Scott分级改善情况较好，治疗有效率较高，复发率较低，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针灸治疗原发性面肌痉挛的临床效果显著，有效率高，复发少。
