急性乳腺炎切开引流术后护理要点分析

摘要

Objective To discuss the acute mastitis incision drainage postoperative nursing points, provide reference for clinical care in the future.Methods March 2011~February 2014 patients of 60 cases of acute mastitis as the research object, al the patients were given incision drainage treatment, summarizes the clinical nursing main points, and actively implement the nursing measures.Results Through the clinical nursing, al patients were significant rehabilitation, patients with no complications occur, some patients recovered slightly slow, but the recovery level is higher, not present condition again and again.Conclusion Acute mastitis incision drainage postoperative nursing work, must be combined with the actual situation of patients to expand, on the one hand, to stabilize the patient's emotions, on the other hand need to consolidate the treatment effect, promoting the sustainable the rehabilitation of the patients. Need to be further summarized after acute mastitis incision drainage nursing main points, perfect the system of nursing and for patients to provide more protection.%目的：讨论急性乳腺炎切开引流术后护理要点，为日后的临床护理提供参考。方法选择2011年3月～2014年2月收治的60例急性乳腺炎患者为研究对象，所有患者均给予切开引流术治疗，总结临床上的护理要点，并积极落实护理措施。结果经过临床护理，所有患者均出现显著康复，无并发症患者出现，部分患者康复速度略慢，但康复水平较高，未出现病情反复的情况。结论急性乳腺炎切开引流术后护理工作，必须结合患者的实际情况来展开，一方面要稳定患者的情绪，另一方面需巩固治疗效果，促进患者持续康复。今后需进一步总结急性乳腺炎切开引流术后护理要点，健全护理体系，为患者提供更多的保障。
