Objective To analyze the current status of gynecological nursing work and safe problems, combined with the actual experience of medical staff in nursing work, explore the countermeasures and methods to solve the hidden danger for nursing safety of Gynecology, improve the level of nursing staff. Methods Analysis of safety hidden trouble of medical staff in our hospital in the management of appear in gynecological. Results After the implementation of the corresponding solutions to our hospital gynecological care, gynecological care quality improved significantly, nursing satisfaction improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Existing active treatment of gynecological care and safety problems, can effectively improve the level of care and treatment and patient satisfaction with care, to ensure the quality of life of patients.%目的：分析妇科护理工作的现状和存在的安全隐患，结合医护人员在护理工作中的实际经验，探究解决妇科护理安全隐患的对策和方法，提高医护人员的护理水平。方法分析我院医护人员在妇科管理工作中出现的安全隐患。结果对我院妇科护理工作实施对应的解决措施后，妇科护理工作质量明显改善，护理满意度也明显提高（P＜0.05）。讨论积极处理妇科工作存在的护理安全隐患，可以有效地提高护理治疗水平和患者的护理满意度，保证患者的生活质量。
