手术和保守治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床对比分析

摘要

目的：对比手术和保守治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选择在连云港北亚华山骨科医院行手术治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者34例为手术组，选择同期保守治疗的34例为保守组，分析两组临床效果。结果研究组优良率及并发症发生率与对照组比较（P＜0.05）。结论与保守治疗相比，手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果好。%Objective To compare the operation and conservative treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture clinical effect. Methods Our hospital operation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of 34 patients for operation group,select the same period in the conservative treatment of 34 cases of conservative groups, analysis of the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The study group the excel ent and good rate and complication rate compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with conservative treatment,operation treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with good effect.
