循证护理对恶性肿瘤化疗并发症的预防作用

摘要

Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of complications of malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods Sixty-three cases of malignant tumor chemotherapy were treated in our hospital from January to December 2015. According to different nursing methods,patients were divided into control group and observation group. The complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The incidence of complications was 80.65% in the control group and 34.38% in the observation group. The morbidity of the complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups’quality of life of patients after chemotherapy was improved to varying degrees,the observation group of patients improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care can effectively reduce the incidence of chemotherapy complications of malignant tumors,according to the patient's condition continuously access to domestic and foreign research literature to give targeted care,improve patients’quality of life.%目的：探究恶性肿瘤化疗并发症预防中循证护理的应用价值。方法选择我院2015年1～12月收治的63例恶性肿瘤化疗治疗患者，根据患者护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组，观察比较两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果对照组患者并发症发生率为80.65%，观察组患者并发症发生率为34.38%，观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者的化疗治疗后生活质量均得到不同程度改善，观察组患者的改善程度优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论循证护理可有效降低恶性肿瘤化疗并发症的发生率，根据患者病情不断查阅国内外研究文献给予针对性护理，提高患者生活质量。
