改良小梁切除术在青光眼治疗中的应用研究

摘要

目的：探讨改良小梁切除术在青光眼治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的青光眼患者71例进行统计分析，根据治疗方式分为对照组35例和观察组36例，对照组患者行小梁切除术，观察组患者实施改良小梁切除术，观察两组患者的治疗效果，进行临床对照分析。结果对照组总有效率80%，观察组总有效率100%，观察组手术总有效率高于对照组（χ2=7.988，P＜0.05）。结论改良小梁切除术在青光眼治疗中的应用效果突出。%ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of modified trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods In our hospital,71 cases of glaucoma patients were analyzed,according to the treatment methods were divided into the control group of 35 cases and 36 cases in the observation group,the control group underwent trabeculectomy,observation group underwent modified trabeculectomy operation, then to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients,and carry out a clinical comparative analysis. Results The total effective rate of control group was 80%,the total effective rate of observation group was 100%,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(χ2=7.988,P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of improved trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma is prominent.
