二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的应用效果

摘要

Objective To probe the application effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone(diane-35)combined with metformin therapeutic in PCOS. Methods 70 cases of PCOS were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 35 cases. Compared the levels of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C, T,LH/FSH before and past treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,the BMI,LH/FSH and T levels of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The BMI of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The TG had no changes(P>0.05). The level of LDL-C in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05),and the level of HDL-C in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the LD L-C in observation was levels(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of PCOS can reconcile sex hormone levels,improve lipid metabolism,with a more comprehensive treatment.%目的：探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片（达英-35）治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床效果。方法患者随机均分对照组和观察组各35例，分别给予单药达英-35与达英-35联合二甲双胍片治疗。比较治疗前后患者总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、睾酮（T）、黄体生成素与促卵泡素比值（LH/FSH）等指标的变化。结果治疗后，两组患者BMI、LH/FSH、T水平下降（P＜0.05），其中观察组BMI比对照组降低幅度明显（P＜0.05），TG均无变化（P＞0.05），两组HDL-C水平升高（P＜0.05），且观察组比对照组升高明显（P＜0.05），观察组LDL-C水平下降（P＜0.05），但组间差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论达英-35与二甲双胍联用治疗PCOS能调和性激素水平，改善血脂代谢紊乱，具有更全面的治疗效果。
