责任制护理管理模式对冠心病患者生活质量的影响探讨

摘要

Objective To analyze the influence of the responsibility system nursing management mode on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.MethodsFrom June 2015 to June 2016 were selected 100 patients with coronary heart disease,were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and intervention group (50 cases), the control group received routine nursing care, the intervention group took responsibility nursing mode,the quality of life between two groups.Results In the intervention group,the degree of satisfaction, the degree of disease cognition,the degree of angina pectoris,the degree of physical limitation and the stability of angina pectoris were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In coronary heart disease nursing care management mode,can improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.%目的：分析责任制护理管理模式对冠心病患者生活质量影响。方法选取从2015年6月～2016年6月收治冠心病患者100例，随机分为对照组（50例）与干预组（50例），对照组采取常规护理，干预组采取责任制护理模式，对比两组生活质量。结果干预组治疗满意度、疾病认知程度、心绞痛发作程度、躯体受限程度以及心绞痛稳定性分值高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在冠心病护理中应用责任制护理管理模式，可改善患者生活质量。
