目的：探析红霉素与阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2014年8月～2015年8月所收治的80例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为本文研究对象，按随机数字表法分成研究组与对照组，两组各40例。其中，对照组患儿采用单纯的阿奇霉素进行治疗，研究组患儿采用红霉素联合阿奇霉素进行短程序贯治疗，对两组患儿的临床疗效展开研究。结果在临床疗效上，研究组患儿病症痊愈率及显效率均高于对照组患儿，对此，两组患儿治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对小儿肺炎支原体患儿应用红霉素联合阿奇霉素进行治疗能够有效改善小儿临床症状，加快痊愈时间，对患儿疾病康复有促进作用。%ObjectiveTo analysis the clinical efficacy of erythromycin and azithromycin in treated with pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Select 80 cases of pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia patients in our hospital as research subjects from August 2014 to August 2015 this paper,divided them into study group and control group by random number table,and 40 cases in each group. Among them,patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin alone,patients in the study group were treated with erythromycin and azithromycin for short-term sequential therapy,to start research the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.ResultsOn clinical efficacy,The disease cure rate and significant efficiency in study group were higher than control group,and,there were significant differences in the total effective rate between the two groups, there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To the pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia,use erythromycin combined with azithromycin treat it,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children,accelerate the disease receded time,have a catalytic role to rehabilitation of patients with disease.
