精细化管理在医院管理中的开展效果观察

摘要

Good management is the fundamental way to carry out the work of the hospital management,and it also enhance the level of hospital management, meticulous management is the basic demand of scientific development of modern hospital,so as to promote the management of the hospital. Meticulous management in hospital can effectively change the doctor-patient relationship,build a harmonious working atmosphere. However,in the actual work process,fine management stil has some problems,and seriously impact the related work. This paper mainly focuses on the existence of fine management in the present stage in our hospital as the starting points for analysis,put forward some opinions according to the actual situation,hoping to improve the hospital fine-management level,and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.%良好的管理方式是医院管理工作开展的根本，也是提升医院管理水平的保证，精细化管理是现代医院科学发展的根本需求，从而推动医院管理工作的开展。医院精细化管理还能够有效的改变医患关系、构建和谐的工作氛围。但是，在实际工作过程中，精细化管理依旧存在一些问题，严重影响了相关工作的开展。文章主要针对我国现阶段医院精细化管理工作中存在的问题为切入点进行分析，并且依据实际情况提出了一些意见，希望能够提高医院精细化管理水平，推动医院的持续发展。
