目的：研究综合护理干预对枕后位产妇产程和分娩结局的影响。方法选取我院2013年11月～2015年11月的枕后位产妇64例，抽签随机分为干预组与对照组两组，每组32例，给予对照组产妇常规护理干预，干预组产妇在对照组护理基础上实施综合护理干预，比较两组产妇各产程时间、分娩方式以及两组胎儿情况。结果干预组产妇第一产程的潜伏期、活跃期及第二产程时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预组患者自然分娩率为75.00%高于对照组的46.88%（P＜0.05）；干预组剖宫产率为12.50%低于对照组的34.38%（P＜0.05）；干预组胎儿窘迫发生率为6.25%低于对照组的25.0%（P＜0.05），胎儿轻度窒息发生率为3.13%低于对照组的15.63%（P＜0.05）；干预组新生儿Apgar评分比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论对枕后位产妇实施综合护理干预可缩短产程，产妇自然分娩率提高，降低了剖宫产率，新生儿窘迫和窒息的发生率降低，生存质量提高。%Objective To study effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on birth process and delivery outcome of occipitoposterior puerperants.Methods64 occipitoposterior puerperants in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected,they were divided into intervention group and control group (each 32 cases) by random lot method. Control group was given routine nursing intervention,intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,duration of each labor phase,method of delivery,fetus status in the two groups were compared. Results Incubation period, active phase of first stage of labor and second stage of labor time of intervention group were significantly shorter than control group (P<0.05). Natural delivery rate of intervention group(75.00%)was significantly higher than control group (46.88%)(P<0.05). Cesarean delivery rate of intervention group(12.50%) was significantly lower than control group(34.88%)(P<0.05). Incidence of fetal distress of intervention group(6.25%) was significantly lower than control group (25.0%)(P<0.05). Incidence of fetal mild asphyxia of intervention group (3.13%)was significantly lower than control group(15.63%)(P<0.05). Neonatal Apgar score of intervention group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly shorten birth process of occipitoposterior puerperants,increase natural delivery rate,reduce cesarean delivery rate,incidence of fetal distress and asphyxia are significantly decreased,improve the quality of life.
