延续性护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖和生活质量影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者采取延续性护理干预对血糖与生活质量的影响。方法选择我院接诊的2型糖尿病患者120例进行研究，纳入研究的对象有完整临床资料，签署知情同意书愿意配合本次研究，按照随机数字法将他们分为2组，每组60例。对照组以常规护理处理，研究组加用延续性护理干预，比较两组患者护理前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖，以及生活质量评分（GQOL-74）。结果两组护理前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、GQOL-74评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但护理后研究组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论2型糖尿病患者中实施延续性护理干预，可以更好地改善患者的血糖水平，并促进生活质量提高。%Objective To explore the effect of continuity nursing intervention on blood glucose and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes melitus. Methods Selected our hospital admissions of patients with type 2 diabetes melitus in 120 cases of into the object of study with complete clinical data and signed the informed consent to the study with,in accordance with the method of random number wil were divided into 2 groups,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care,the research group was added with the continuity of nursing intervention, compared with the two groups of patients before and after nursing,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,and quality of life score(GQOL-74).Results There were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and GQOL-74 score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuity nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes can improve blood glucose level and improve the quality of life.
