Objective To evaluate laparoscopic perioperative nursing and nursing methods.Methods From January 2013 to June 2015,gynecologic laparoscopic surgery 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group. Both groups received laparoscopic surgery,routine nursing care administered to the control group,the observation group in the usual care on the basis of give positive nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy,the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing job satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.67%,was significantly higher than 70.0%(P<0.05). Postoperative complication observed was 3.33%,significantly lower than the 23.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Observation group of care satisfaction rate of 96.67%,was significantly higher than 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery to take an active and comprehensive cooperation and surgical nursing intervention,help to improve the clinical efficacy,reduce postoperative complications,and patients’ care and job satisfaction increased.%目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜围术期的护理配合及总结护理措施。方法选取2013年1月～2015年6月我院接收并采取妇科腹腔镜手术治疗患者60例，并随机分为两组，每组各30例。两组均接受妇科腹腔镜手术，给予对照组常规护理措施，观察组在常规护理基础上，给予积极的护理干预，比较两组的临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况及护理工作满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的70.0%（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的23.33%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理工作满意率为96.67%，高于对照组的73.33%（P＜0.05）。结论对妇科腹腔镜手术患者采取积极全面的手术配合及护理干预，有助于提高临床疗效，减少术后并发症，使患者对护理工作满意度增加。
