润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性湿疹的效果研究

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the Runzaozhiyang capsules for the treatment of chronic eczema.MethodsFrom February 2015 to February 2016,in our hospital treated 90 cases of chronic eczema patients,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases each. Comparison groups, with antihistamines and the sinai DE ointment treatment,the experimental group,on the basis of control group,combined with Runzaozhiyang capsules for treatment.Results Treatment group of total effective rate was 86.7%,the control group was 75.5%,the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic eczema,combined with the Runzaozhiyang capsules for treatment,the effect is good.%目的：探究润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性湿疹的效果。方法选取2015年2月～2016年2月本院收治的90例慢性湿疹患者，随机分为实验组与对照组，各45例。对照组，通过抗组胺药和哈西奈德软膏进行治疗，实验组，在对照组基础上，联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗。结果实验组治疗总有效率为86.7%，对照组为75.5%，实验组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对慢性湿疹患者，联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗，效果良好。
