孕妇左心室舒张功能与年龄及胎龄变化关系分析

Objective Relationship between left ventricular diastolic function in their age,gestational age of the pregnany women is analyzed.Methods Selected 545 cases of healthy pregnant women from November 2014 to November 2015 in Women & infants Hospital of Zhengzhou,according to gestational age which were divided into three groups of first trimester group,second trimester group and third trimester group,comparing the left ventricular diastolic function's change trend on different age and different gestational age.Results Compared between third trimester group and second trimester group,E peak,A peak and E/A≤1 cases were statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Between third trimester group and first trimester group,maternal age,E peak and E/A≤1 cases had statistical significance(P<0.05). Between second trimester group and first trimester group,A peak and maternal age had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Left ventricular diastolic function changes in pregnant women has a certain relationship with the increase of maternal age and gestational age. Cardiac diastolic function change has reference significance to assess maternal cardiac dysfunction.%目的：探讨孕妇左心室舒张功能变化与其年龄、胎龄的关系。方法选取2014年11月～2015年11月在郑州市妇幼保健院进行产前检查的545例正常孕妇作为研究对象，根据孕周不同分为早孕组、中孕组和晚孕组，比较不同年龄、胎龄的孕妇心脏舒张功能相关指标差异。结果晚孕组与中孕组比较，2组E峰均值、A峰均值及E/A≤1例数，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；晚孕组与早孕组比较，2组年龄、E峰均值及E/A≤1例数，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；中孕组与早孕组比较，A峰均值及年龄，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论孕妇左心室舒张功能变化与年龄、胎龄增加有一定的关系，心脏舒张功能变化对评估孕产妇心脏功能异常有参考价值。
