目的：探讨针对子宫肌瘤切除术患者给予护理干预后对其心理状态的影响。方法选取120例子宫肌瘤切除术患者为研究对象，采用随机抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在其基础上进行护理干预，对两组患者抑郁、焦虑情况进行比较。结果实施护理干预后观察组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分值均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对子宫肌瘤切除术患者实施护理干预，可有效缓解患者的抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪。%Objective To investigate for myomectomy effect on the psychological state of patients after administering nursing intervention. Methods 120 cases of uterine myomectomy patients in this study,using random number table wil be divided into two groups and the control group 60 cases. The control group were treated with routine care,nursing intervention group was observed at its basis,the two groups of patients were compared depression and anxiety. Results The patients with depression,anxiety scores were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Myomectomy nursing intervention patients,can effectively relieve the patient's anxiety and negative emotions,depression.
