消风止痒颗粒治疗湿疹性皮炎的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaofengzhiyang Granules in the treatment of eczema dermatitis.Methods 126 cases of eczema dermatitis patients treated in our hospital from May 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group(giving Xiaofengzhiyang Granules on the basis of the control group)and the control group(using compound flumetasone ointment externaly,twice a day). Courses were 4 weeks. Observing the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.ResultsFour weeks later,the treatment group of total effective rate was 92.06%, the control group of total effective rate was 80.95%,the difference between the two groups have statistical significance. There were no serious adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment.ConclusionThe Xiaofengzhiyang Granules can effectively improve the cure rate of eczema dermatitis.%目的：观察消风止痒颗粒治疗湿疹性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将2013年5月～2015年9月来我院皮肤科治疗的126例湿疹性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组（在对照组基础上给予消风止痒颗粒治疗）、对照组（外用复方氟米松软膏，每日2次）；用药疗程均为4周。观察两组患者用药后的临床疗效及不良反应。结果用药4周后，治疗组总有效率为92.06%，对照组总有效率为80.95%，两组比较差异有统计学意义。两组治疗期间均未有严重不良反应发生。结论消风止痒颗粒可以有效提高湿疹性皮炎的治愈率。
