糖尿病护理家园在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用分析

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of diabetes nursing homes in health education on patients with diabetes.Methods 46 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=23)to take the form of diabetes care homes for health education,the control group(n=23) received routine health education. Nursing results were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group nursing compliance and blood glucose control rate were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of diabetes nursing homes in health education for patients with diabetes is effective.%目的：探讨糖尿病护理家园在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将医院于2014年11月～2015年11月诊治的46例糖尿病患者按照随机抽样法原则分组，观察组（n=23）采取糖尿病护理家园形式行健康教育，对照组（n=23）接受常规健康宣教，对比两组护理依从性、血糖控制率。结果观察组护理依从性是91.3%（21/23），血糖控制率是95.7%（22/23）；对照组护理依从性是78.3%（18/23），血糖控制率是87.0%（20/23）；两组患者的护理依从性和血糖控制率组间数据对比，差异均存在统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病护理家园在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果确切。
