基于不同方法对尿液红细胞、白细胞检测的对比分析探究

             

摘要

Objective Comparative analysis of urinary sediment examination,urine dry chemical method and microscopic method of different methods about urine red blood cels and white blood cel detection results.Methods From June 2013 and June 2015,according urine routine test patients,randomly selected 1 200 cases,urinary sediment examination,urine dry chemical method and microscopic method was used to detect the urine specimen,the test results were compared.ResultsMicroscopic examination of urinary sediment,urine dry chemical urine about red blood cel of positive rate of 19.58% and 17.42% respectively. The positive rate of leukocyte were 22.42% and 20.08%, between the two had no significant difference(P>0.05). But compared with microscopy 11.42% and 15.92%,the differences with statistical significance(P<0.05). With the microscopic as the standard,the false positive rate of urinary sediment microscopic examination of urine red blood cels,white blood cel test results respectively 7.67% and 6.25%. Urine dry chemistry method of false positive was 5.58% and 4.00%,respectively,between groups the differences with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Stem urinary sediment examination and urinary chemical method and microscopy in urine red blood cels and white blood cel(WBC)examination have its advantages and limitations. Which urinary sediment examination,urine dry chemistry analysis showed normal as microscopic method for screening conditions and test,the abnormal can use microscope method for further diagnostic. The joint inspection can achieve rapid and accurate detection.%目的:对比分析尿沉渣镜检、尿干化学法以及显微镜法3种不同方法对尿液红细胞和白细胞检测结果产生的影响。方法在我院2013年6月~2015年6月行常规尿检的患者中随机选取1200例进行研究,分别采用尿沉渣镜检、尿干化学法以及显微镜法对其尿液标本进行检测,将其检测结果进行对比。结果尿沉渣镜检、尿干化学法检验尿液红细胞的阳性率分别为19.58%和17.42%;白细胞的阳性率则分别为22.42%和20.08%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但与显微镜检的11.42%和15.92%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以显微镜检为标准,尿沉渣镜检尿液红细胞、白细胞检验结果的假阳性率分别为7.67%和6.25%;尿干化学法的假阳性则分别为5.58%和4.00%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿沉渣镜检、尿干化学法以及显微镜法在尿液红细胞和白细胞检验中都存在自身优势和局限性,其中尿沉渣镜检、尿干化学法均显示正常可作为显微镜法的筛选条件,上述检验异常者可采用显微镜法行进一步诊断,最佳检验方法为联合检验,可实现快速、准确检测。
