HPLC法测定丹红健骨胶囊中丹酚酸B含量

摘要

目的：建立丹红健骨胶囊的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定了胶囊中丹酚酸B含量。结果丹酚酸B在0.0327～0.3725μg范围内具有良好的线性关系r=0.9998，加样回收率为98.85%，RSD为1.31%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、精确、重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。%Objective To establish the quality standards of Danhongjiangu capsule.Mothods Salvianolic acid B in Danhongjiangu capsule were determined by HPLC.ResultsThe linear relationship was good when salvianolic acid B was at the range of 0.032 7~0.372 5μg (r=0.999 8) . Sample recovery rate was 98.85% and RSD was 1.31%(n=6).Conclusion The method developed simple and accurated with good reproducibility,and the method can be used for quality control of salvianolic acid B.
