应用个体化联合传统康复方法治疗脑卒中失语症患者的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察个体化联合传统康复方法治疗脑卒中失语症患者的临床效果。方法对符合病例入选标准的297例脑卒中患者，根据失语症存在的不同障碍分为治疗组、对照组1、对照组2，分别给予舒尔氏刺激法、交流效果促进法、语音语义法，同时各组联合传统的针灸技术进行治疗。结果三组治疗组的患者经过不同的康复方法治疗，失语症评分均有提高，治疗前后差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用个体化联合传统康复对脑卒中失语症患者有好的临床疗效。%ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of individualized combined with traditional rehabilitation in treatment of stroke patients with aphasia.Methods Meeting the inclusion criteria of 297 cases of stroke patients,according to aphasia in the presence of different barriers were divided into treatment group and control group 1,control group 2. They were given Shure's stimulation,communication effect promotion law,phonetic and semantic method, at the same time the groups combined with traditional acupuncture treatment.Results Three groups of patients after 50 days of different methods of rehabilitation treatment, aphasia scores were increased,before and after the treatment were statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of individualized combined with traditional rehabilitation has good curative effect on stroke patients with aphasia.
