细节管理在儿科护理管理中的应用探讨

摘要

目的：探讨细节管理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取106例我院一年内的住院患儿，随机分为观察与对照两组各53例。对照组患儿实施常规护理模式，观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上实施细节管理，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患儿的护理不良事件少于对照组，且护理满意度高于对照组。结论儿科护理管理中实施细节管理能够有效减少护理不良事件的发生。%Objective To investigate the effect of detail management in pediatric nursing management.Methods 106 cases of hospitalized children in our hospital within a year were randomly divided into observation and control group,each group of 53 cases. The control group was applied to routine nursing mode,the observation group were based on the routine nursing care in the implementation details management,compared with the effect of the two groups of nursing. ResultsThe nursing adverse events in the observation group were less than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group. ConclusionThe implementation of details management in pediatric nursing management can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
