Twin-blocks矫正器对生长发育期安氏II类下颌后缩患者上气道的影响

摘要

目的：探讨Twin-blocks矫正器对生长发育期安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者上气道变化的影响。方法选择生长发育期骨性安氏Ⅱ类错牙合下颌后缩患者26例，戴用Twin-blocks功能矫正器6～9个月。戴用前后拍摄测量相关指标变化。结果患者戴用功能矫治器前后U-MPW矢状径和横径、P-T横径、V-LPW横径和矢状径均有增加（P＜0.05）。结论 Twin-block 功能矫治器能使生长发育期安氏II类下颌后缩患者的上气道增大，改善呼吸功能。%Objective To explore the effect of treatment of growth and development period class II malocclusion with Twin-blocks appliances.Methods26 growth and development period class II malocclusion cases were treated with Twin-blocks appliances from 6 to 9 months to change the sagittal relation of the bone,using the sagittal change of related indicators.ResultsThe difference of sagittal diameter and transverse size of U-MPW, the sagittal diameter of P-T and the sagittal diameter and transverse size of V-LPW before and after wearing the Twin-blocks appliances,the difference was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTwin-blocks appliances can increase the upper airway of patients and improve the respiratory function.
