清肺止咳治疗中医咳嗽风邪化热壅肺证的临床研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of qingfei zhike in the treatment of cough with fengxiehuareyongfeizheng.Methods We divided 130 patients into two groups.Control group used acute bronchitis syrup,observation group used qingfei zhike decoction,compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results The effective rate,drug onset time,symptom improvement time of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei zhike decoction has xuanfei xiere,antitussive and antiasthmatic, and the effect is ideal.%目的：观察清肺止咳方治疗咳嗽风邪化热壅肺证型的临床应用价值。方法随机将我院收治的130例咳嗽风邪化热壅肺证型患者平均分为两组，观察组行清肺止咳方治疗，对照组行急支糖浆治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组有效率、起效时间、症状改善时间等优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论清肺止咳方具有宣肺泄热、镇咳祛痰等作用，疗效理想。
