用小切口开窗术治疗腰间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄的效果探析

摘要

目的：探讨小切口开窗术治疗腰间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄的疗效。方法随机将70例腰间盘突出合并腰椎管狭窄患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规术式，观察组行小切口开窗术，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率、JOA评分等指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论小切口开窗术疗效理想。%Objective To observe the effect of smal incision fenestration in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar disc herniation.MethodsWe divided 70 patients into two groups. The control group received conventional treatment,observation group used smal incision fenestration,compared the effect of two groups. ResultsThe total efficiency,JOA score of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of smal incision fenestration is ideal.
