Objective To study the application of X-ray in diagnosis of foreign body in children's airway.Methods 22 cases of pediatric patients with bronchial tube X-ray foreign body in our hospital were analyzed, and the patients were treated with SIEMENS digital gastrointestinal machine. The results were compared with those of bronchoscopy.Results A total of 17 cases were diagnosed by digital X-ray machine in children's trachea and bronchus through X-ray foreign body, 2 cases of trachea foreign body, 11 cases of right bronchial foreign body, 4 cases of left bronchial foreign body. There were 20 cases in accordance with the results of bronchoscopy.The coincidence rate was 90.9%, there were 2 cases missed diagnosis and missed diagnosis rate was 9.1%.Conclusion Children with tracheal foreign body through X-ray examination has important application value in clinic.%目的：研究分析小儿气道透X线异物诊断的应用情况。方法对我院的22例小儿气管支气管透X线异物诊断进行分析研究，为患者使用西门子数字胃肠机连续摄片，和支气管镜检查结果进行对比。结果全部患儿共有17例经数字X线机诊断小儿气管支气管透X线异物，有2例气管异物，11例右侧支气管异物，4例左侧支气管异物。于支气管镜检查结果相比较，有20例相符合，符合率是90.9%，有2例误漏诊，漏诊率9.1%。结论小儿气管透X线异物检查具有明显优势。
